My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Long Beach convention center and close to the beach and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my experience enjoyable. However, there was a slight issue with cigarette smoke in the room, but it didn't significantly affect my stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was amazing, right in downtown Long Beach, close to the waterfront and Convention Center, and for a great value. The rooms were comfortable, but unfortunately, they had a horrible smell, like walking into an ashtray. The service was wonderful overall, despite a small incident where a staff member wasn't attentive at the desk. The dining experience offered reasonable prices, but needed improvement in terms of cleanliness. Facilities were adequate, offering the essentials for a decent stay.
